Lead Guide, Upper School (ages 15–18)
Prior to joining Clay-Platte in August 2017, Garrett worked as a professional artist, who trained young people to draw caricatures, to face paint, to give henna tattoos, and more. His easy-going personality is tempered by his high expectations, both of which he models for his students daily.
Garrett holds his Association Montessori Internationale diploma in Orientation to Adolescent Studies, qualifying him to work with students 12–18 years.

Lead Guide, Middle School (ages 12–15)
Lisa’s background in Cultural Anthropology and passion for drumming are fully appreciated by students, who crave creative expression and are thrilled with human psychology.
Lisa holds her North American Montessori Teachers Association/Association Montessori International diploma in Orientation to Adolescent Studies, qualifying her to work with students 12–18 years old.

Kristy had a career as a Business and Wellness Consultant for over a decade, helping organizations manage all aspects of business including short and long-term growth, improved staff connections, facilitated sustainability and new markets, overseeing brand and product management—and so much more.
Kristy supports education that creates a change of the mind and body resulting in greater ease, adaptation, flexibility, inspiration and joy.
